This website initially started as a blog, but we've expanded our services into the consultancy realm. I decided to do this as I was finding the same issues across the general IT industry and realised this was the best way to help as many companies improve their security as possible, as well as a way to help the general public avoid the pitfalls that I deal with almost every day.
With over 21 years in cybersecurity, spanning high-security military, civilian defense, law enforcement, and commercial sectors across the UK, Australia, and NZ, I've been at the forefront of this field long before it gained widespread attention. Throughout my career, security has always been paramount, shaping every aspect of our operations. Now, I'm leveraging this extensive experience to advise businesses on safeguarding their operations and educating the public on personal security.
My expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of cybersecurity, from design and implementation to support and management. Having served in technical roles, as well as within defense and emergency services, I'm committed to delivering actionable insights in a format that's easy to understand.
In emergency response, I've worked across military, law enforcement, and fire services, handling diverse incidents and crises. From direct intervention to remote management, I've dealt with situations ranging from medical emergencies to threats of violence, ensuring the safety of individuals and communities.
My skill set extends beyond cybersecurity to encompass networks, software, project management, governance, compliance, fire safety, civil defense, and more.
